Epictetus Discourse Books 1 and 2 (Loeb Classical Library, No 131) along with Epictetus: Discourses, Books 3 and 4 (Loeb Classical Library, No 218) and Enchiridion are excellent translations of this important work.
The Art of Living : The Classical Mannual on Virtue, Happiness, and Effectiveness by Sharon Lebell has an interesting take on Epictetus and Stoicism.
